Complaints sent directly to ConnectPay must be in English or Lithuanian.<br \/>\nWhat to include<\/p>\n<p>Your name and surname, and the company name for business accounts<br \/>\nYour address<br \/>\nYour phone number and\/or e-mail address<br \/>\nThe date of the complaint<br \/>\nWhat happened, and which of your rights or legitimate interests you believe were violated<br \/>\nWhat you want us or ConnectPay to do<br \/>\nAny supporting documents<\/p>\n<p>A representative must attach a power of attorney. A complaint sent by post must be legible and signed. If information is missing, we or ConnectPay may ask you for it.<br \/>\nWhen you will get an answer<\/p>\n<p>You will receive a detailed, reasoned and documented response within 15 business days of the day we receive your complaint.
