You may not use our Services:<\/p>\n<p>2.1. In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;<\/p>\n<p>2.2. In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;<\/p>\n<p>2.3. For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;<\/p>\n<p>2.4. For anything that is abusive or does not comply with our content standards;<\/p>\n<p>2.5. For any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of spam; or to engage in harmful programs like viruses or spyware or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.<\/p>\n<p>3. We do not provide our Services to businesses or support transactions which involve:<\/p>\n<p>3.1. Tobacco, narcotics, steroids, cannabis, certain controlled substances, or other products that present a risk to consumer safety;<\/p>\n<p>3.2. Drug paraphernalia (equipment, product, or material that is modified for making, using, or concealing drugs);<\/p>\n<p>3.3. Seeds or plants;<\/p>\n<p>3.4. Chemicals;<\/p>\n<p>3.5. Military &amp; semi-military goods &amp; services (including weapons, military software or technologies); adult content;<\/p>\n<p>3.6. Individuals, entities or countries who\/which are subject to international sanctions.<\/p>\n<p>4. We do not provide our Services to the following categories of entities:<\/p>\n<p>4.1. Charities (unless they are established in Canada, European Economic Area (\u201cEEA\u201d), Switzerland, US or New Zealand);<\/p>\n<p>4.2. Unregistered UK charities;<\/p>\n<p>4.3. Trusts (unless they are established in Canada, EEA or Switzerland).<\/p>\n<p>5. You also agree:<\/p>\n<p>5.1. Not to copy or use any part of our Services in contravention of the provisions of our Customer Agreement;<\/p>\n<p>5.2. Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:<\/p>\n<p>5.2.1. Any part of our Services;<\/p>\n<p>5.2.2. Any equipment or network on which our Website is stored;<\/p>\n<p>5.2.3. Any software used in the provision of our Services;<\/p>\n<p>5.2.4. Any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third-party.<\/p>\n<p>6. Content standards<\/p>\n<p>These content standards apply to any material you contribute to our Services (\u201ccontributions\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>6.1. Contributions must:<\/p>\n<p>6.1.1. Be accurate;<\/p>\n<p>6.1.2. Be genuinely held (where they state opinions); and comply with applicable law in Lithuania and in any country from which they are posted or to which they relate.<\/p>\n<p>6.2. Contributions must not:<\/p>\n<p>6.2.1. Contain any material which is defamatory;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.2. Contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.3. Promote sexually explicit material;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.4. Promote violence;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.5. Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.6. Infringe any copyright, database right or trademark of any other person;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.7. Be likely to deceive any person;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.8. Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.9. Promote any illegal activity;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.10. Be threatening in any way, abusive or invade another\u2019s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.11. Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.12. Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.13. Give the impression that they relate to us, if this is not the case;<\/p>\n<p>6.2.14. Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.<\/p>\n<p>7. Suspension and termination<\/p>\n<p>We alone will determine whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our Services.<\/p>\n<p>We take any breach of this policy seriously and may take the following actions:<\/p>\n<p>7.1. Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Services;<\/p>\n<p>7.2. Suspend or cancel your payment orders and take other actions that we consider necessary;<\/p>\n<p>7.3. Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you;<\/p>\n<p>7.4. Issue a warning;<\/p>\n<p>7.5. Conducting a legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs on an \u201call expenses\u201d basis;<\/p>\n<p>7.6. Reporting and disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities.<\/p>\n<p>8. Changes to the acceptable use policy<\/p>\n<p>We may revise this acceptable use policy at any time by amending this page.
