How to Submit a Complaint

You can submit your complaint by contacting our customer support team via email at support@conmodum.pl or through our other official communication channels.

To help us process your complaint efficiently, please include:

Your full name;
Your contact details;
A clear description of your complaint;
Any relevant supporting information or documentation.
How We Handle Complaints

Upon receiving your complaint, we will:

Register and investigate your complaint promptly and impartially;
Keep a record of the complaint and its resolution;
Respond with a reasoned decision as soon as possible and, where applicable, within the timeframes required by applicable laws and regulations.

Where a complaint relates to payment services provided by ConnectPay, we will notify ConnectPay on the same working day in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. ConnectPay aims to provide a detailed, reasoned, and documented response to such complaints within 15 working days.

Record Keeping

We maintain an internal complaints register that records, at a minimum:

Customer name;
Date the complaint was received;
Summary of the complaint;
Related service(s);
Date of our response;
Final decision.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws solely for the purpose of handling and resolving your complaint.
